We gather at 9:30 am each Sunday for prayer.  Children's and Adults' Sunday School begins at 10 am, and regular worship service is at 11 am.  Children's Church and Youth gathering is right after the praise and worship. 

 

During the summer, the children and youth are meeting at 6 pm on Wednesdays for KID ZONE and YOUTH WEDNESDAY. We have remote services at 7 p.m. on Wednesday evening via Facebook.  (Sunday morning services are also presented on our Facebook page).

The Women's Ministry meets on a monthly basis for breakfast or other meal.  The theme for each meal is presented by various members and it is always fun and exciting.

​

The Men are currently having dinners and Bible Study the second Tuesday of each month at 6 pm.  These are usually led by Jeremy Wood or Earl McDonald.  Men, come and be a part of this ministry.

​

The Merry Widows Gathering is the third Wednesday of each month from 1 - 3 pm.  Melanie Graves is directing this ministry.  She started with eight women and it has grown to over 50!

​

"Worship in the Park" (Stearns Park in Columbus) is a time of worship and fellowship for the community.  The dates scheduled for 2024 are May 1st, May 29th, July 24th, August 28th, September 18th and October 30th.  We usually gather around 6:30 pm.

​

Our Youth Director, Angie Carson, and Children's Director, Carole McEntire, have special events planned for the young people.  There is something for all ages from birth through high school. 

 

Our Vacation Bible School was held this year from July 28 - 31.  Thanks to all our wonderful volunteers who worked tirelessly to make sure the children of our community had a great time and learned about the Lord Jesus Christ.  Go to our Facebook page and see lots of photos and video concerning this great event.

We partnered with the Polk County Sheriff's Dept. to give away over 400 backpacks stuffed with school supplies on August 3.  On the following Saturday, Donna and Jeremy W. gave away close to 400 pairs of new athletic school shoes to children in the community.  Donna had taken the time to find out exactly what each child wanted!

​

Our Fall Festival will be held on Saturday, October 26 from 4 - 6 pm.  This will be a carnival type atmosphere, with many games and prizes.  Be sure to bring the family for some fun.

​

Our annual VETERANS DAY LUNCHEON will take place on Monday, November 11 beginning at 11 am.  Veterans, please come and bring your spouse and let us spoil you a little.  We are so grateful for what you did for us!  This is a small token of our appreciation to you.
